Noel earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from CUNY Hunter College. During his time in PT school, Noel gained hands-on experience as both a strength and conditioning coach and an online fitness coach. He has worked with a wide range of individuals—from powerlifters and basketball players to youth athletes and everyday active adults—helping them build strength, enhance performance, and move better.
Passionate about helping active individuals reach their fitness goals while navigating pain or injury, Noel takes an individualized, movement-based approach. He focuses on finding each person's unique "training starting point" and integrates injury assessment into performance planning for sustainable progress.
Born and raised in Queens, Noel has a lifelong love of basketball and is a dedicated Knicks fan. On weekends, you'll often find him staying active—whether he's training for a HYROX event, joining a group fitness class, or sprinting at the track.
